By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Empyrean Design web platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this site.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
All original source code, UI/UX architecture, visual assets, 3D shaders, custom typography styles, and proprietary components authored by Empyrean Design are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial resale without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
03. Portfolio Deployments & Client Assets
Portfolio showcases (including live interactive previews of client work such as JC & Sons Construction) illustrate deployed production systems. Third-party branding, marks, and commercial content remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
04. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Empyrean Design provides this site on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network interruption, or reliance on materials published herein.
05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in courts located within Dallas County, Texas.
